However, the company had also indicated that it would start selling diesel cars again if there was good demand from customers. According to cardekho.com, premium cars of Maruti Suzuki will also get BS6 diesel engine after April 2020.Maruti Suzuki S-Cross The S-Cross is the company's first car, sold through a Nexa dealership. This car is available in two diesel engines. The first in this list is the 1.3 liter engine with Swift and the second is 1.6 liter engine. The 1.3-liter diesel engine will not be upgraded to BS6 standards, but the company can upgrade the 1.6-liter engine to BS6 standards. It is learned that Maruti will soon compensate for this with a new compact SUV. It will be bigger and more feature loaded than the S-Cross.
